This is a real unc. with absolutely no rub, a pleasingly fresh appearance and flashy semi-prooflike fields.  In fact, during the final day of the recent Baltimore Expo this coin sat face down in the back of our display case and two different people asked if it was a "Bechtler $5 proof restrike.”  The coin is simply that flashy.
