This type is often seen in ‘regular’ copper, but sufficiently rare with the Fire-Gilt finish to have been missing from the extensive Washingtonia cabinets of Mssrs. Garrett, Picker, Steinberg, Jack Collins, LaRiviere and Roper.
But this beautiful, original example with a lovely old-time patina and more original golden color remaining than you typically see need not be missing from yours –
