As we’ve said before on this, we always search for choice, original, uncorrupted CC mint gold, but rarely find examples that meet our standards.  But when we do, we pounce like a mongoose (or other animal known for pouncing), as we did when we saw this superb, golden orange $5 in an old PCGS slab.
