A lovely piece just faded from mint red with some impressive poultry on the obverse beneath a BELGIAN POULTY FARMERS banner which is, appropriately, being towed by another bird.

With VILLE DE BRUXELLES / EXPOSITION INTERNATIONALE / 1891 / 14.14.16 March in a wreath on the reverse.
