A neat piece with a stately obverse portrait of Washington, and the reverse illustrating the fieldstone farmhouse of Jonathan Hasbrouck which served as Washington’s headquarters in Newburgh, NY from April 1782 to August 1783.
The piece itself is a pretty mahogany brown with nice surfaces and just a few trivial little marks.
