The Large Date Redbook variety, as stated on the PCGS tag. 

A surprisingly tough one year type (as opposed to the No Stars Half Dimes, which seem to be readily available in all grades). 

And this is an example that would be very tough to improve upon from an eye appeal standpoint.  Nice and original, with rich coin gray color accented by striking greenish gold and pretty blue toning on both the obverse and reverse.
