O-101a Patched 3 variety, considered to be Rarity-1.

A neat issue where the 3 in the die broke and was inexpertly patched at the mint to the delight of collectors 196 years later.

And this is a superb, intensely lustrous, beautifully toned example which has resided in two of the most august collections ever assembled.
