BD-3 variety, Small Stars Reverse type, considered to be Rarity-4.

Nothing short of the most beautiful, original, untouched Choice AU early eagle we’ve ever owned (or seen, actually).

With superb golden orange color, lovely deeper golden orange toning, luster in the devices and looking much, much better than AU50 to this author.  And CAC concurred, giving this coin a gold sticker – which is a rare occurrence in this series, as there are a grand total of just two (2) gold stickered early $10s in any grade and year from 1795-1804, the other being a 1799 in XF45.
