And this is a fantastic example with CRO written all over it: Lustrous, undergraded, with superb multi-colored toning and housed in an ancient PCGS slab.
Ex Heritage’s September 2016 sale of The Hamilton Collection, Part II, lot #5558 @ $7,637.50 and bearing Mr. Hamilton’s distinctive lime green label on the reverse stating “PQ Exquisite Color” and indicating that it was purchased from Ellesmere Numismatics on 1/8/1988.
Note that this coin has been verified by CAC with a Gold sticker indicating that it exceeds their standards for this grade level.
