Maris 66-v, W-5505 variety, Head Right, Braided Mane type. Considered to be Rarity-5+.

A tough variety which is the only relatively affordable Braided Mane type, since the other use of this obverse is on the Maris 66-u which is R-7+ and costs more than a well equipped Toyota.

So of course this 66-v is very popular with type collectors.

And this is a rich brown example with lighter devices and is quite respectable for an issue that is typically found with striations, pits or other unfortunate planchet issues.
