Breen-987, W-5760 variety, considered to be Rarity-4. 

Just a bit off-center on the obverse (which i, for some reason) pretty typical of this type, but overall this is a nice, original, medium brown coin which we received in trade toward the AU55 example of this type we sold recently (which is something we do quite often as collectors upgrade from time to time).
