Newman 17-S variety, considered to be Rarity-3. 

A pretty nice example of one of the less commonly seen Fugio varieties.

Just about 5% off-center on the obverse and reverse, but not to distraction, as all of the design and legends are fully on the planchet and quite bold for the grade level.

All original too, with rich chocolate brown color, some crust in the devices and no meaninfgul marks or flaws.
