Ryder-7, W-2025 variety, VERMONTENSIUM type.  Considered to be Rarity-3.

A type we always endeavor to find for the site, but unfortunately we pass on most for some problem or other, be it poor centering, a weak and/or uneven strike, planchet flaws, dark and ugly color or some unholy combination of the above.

And while this piece is little rough at the upper obverse, it is a bold, well centered example sharply and evenly struck on a big, round, unflawed planchet. 

Nice light brown color too, showing the detail to best effect.
