Breen-1188, W-10130 variety, one of the more common issues in the colonial Washington series, and almost always found with mint-made striations around the obverse and reverse periphery to simulate wear and aid acceptance in commerce.
But this one, unlike about 99% of the ones we have seen and handled, has no striations, and thus represents the original design as it was intended by the engraver.
A very interesting example with nice chocolate brown color and no distractions.
