Crosby 3-C, W-1875 variety, with one ‘L’ in Constelatio and the Blunt Rays reverse.  Considered to be Rarity-3. 

This is a very high grade survivor of this type.  Indeed, in years of diligent searching, this is only the third mint state example of this issue that we have ever handled.
