KM-105 variety, Charles III type. Struck at the Mexico City mint.
Really a nice AU58 with lustrous surfaces, original golden and gray toning and just a touch of rub on the high points.
We’d certainly choose this piece over an awful lot of the slabbed "MS" coins we’ve seen thorugh the years (many of which may well have looked like this at one time before they were dipped or ‘enhanced’ by some creep so they’d grade higher).
