Nelson-4, W-1382X (the X presumably a typo in the Whitman Encyclopedia intended to be a 0) variety, perhaps Rarity-3 or so. 

And this is among the finest of this type we’ve seen, with a bold strike, good luster and very choice surfaces. 

Ideal for type; the next step up in quality may not exist.
