Vlack-16 variety, struck at the Paris mint.  Considered to be Rarity-1. 

A sharply struck, all original example with nice luster, silvery gray toning on the obverse and rich antique golden color on the reverse.  Housed in a cool old holder (one of very few we can ever recall seeing for a coin of this type).
