A beautiful half dollar-sized medal with a bold, extremely high-relief bust of George II on the obverse, and the King being crowned by Britannia on the reverse. 

And while this issue is sometimes seen with some wear or marks, this is a flashy, lustrous, no-holds-barred gem with lovely blue and golden toning.
