M. 3.12-C.2, W-1326 variety, Stop after REX Redbook type.  Considered to be Rarity-3 but that seems too low to us given how infrequently we see this issue compared to the undated and 1723-dated Rosa 2p types.

Making this a scarce and underrated issue in this series and one that is seldom found as fine as this nice, lustrous and dare we say undergraded unc.
