KM-162.5, D-6763 variety, William V type.

Always one of our favorite Taler designs, with the slightly chaotic two-tailed crowned Lion on the obverse, and an intricate allegorical reverse image of a radiant Hebrew Jehovah watching over a Palm Tree resisting violent lightning and wind.  The scene represents the effect of war on the state and is surrounded by the legend *UNO*VOLENTE*HUMILS*LEVABOR [WHEN GOD WILLS, HUMBLE I AM CONSOLED].

The piece itself is a stone cold original, problem-free, coin-gray AU with bold detail and excellent eye appeal.
