Concept:
We have to credit our first time guest author for an angle we wish we’d thought of ourselves.

Namely a literal inversion of the caption to highlight the Inverted 3 seen under the date on this stunning, original, neatly toned, old-holdered gem Capped Bust H10¢.

Captions that didn’t make the cut:
Actually, the first iteration of this ad employed a completely inverted caption, which was certainly visually arresting but ultimately deemed to be too hard to read by our crack staff of ad evaluators.

So we decided to invert only the word "Inverted" in our final ad. In retrospect, that might have been the wrong call, but when faced with a deadline we have to make a decision quick and move forward.
