Newman 15-Y, W-6915 8-Pointed Star variety. Considered to be Rarity-2.

A very pleasing chocolate brown example of this distinctive Redbook type.  And while this is not a rare issue per se, it is very difficult to locate with both reverse stars visible as on this specimen.
