The single finest example of this type your author has ever seen, or knows about, and the only one I have been able to trace through 150+ years of auction catalogs and reference books with any appreciable mint red remaining. 

Indeed, out of 247 pieces graded by PCGS, this is the only one designated as RB in any grade, and there is but one single other coin graded MS63 BN with none finer. 

Suffice it to say this is as nice an example as can be obtained.
