Breen-1058, a true original striking with the crudely reeded edge and no die rust at the reverse pot handle and extremely rare as such. 

Not to be confused with the later restrikes of this issue (some of which reside in high grade holders labeled as originals), this is the type which has historically been most desired by collectors and is almost never seen in higher grade than this. 

Indeed, most survivors of this earliest strike are damaged or impaired in some way, with scratches and edge damage. 

This example has one minor void in the right reverse field which may have been present in the original planchet, but the overall appearance is very pleasing, with totally original surfaces, rich coin-gray color and some old toning in the devices.
