Breen-1155, W-8800 Plain Edge variety. 

While brilliant red Kentucky tokens (some original, some not) are often seen in the marketplace, nearly every single one of those is the LANCASTER Edge type.

In comparison, PCGS has graded a total of 333 of this Plain Edge variant, 331 of which have been designated brown.  Of those, this is the only MS65, with just one, lone MS66 finer. 

Making this a condition rarity to be sure.

The coin itself is a true gem with an absolutely hammered strike on the hand and scroll (which is seldom the case on the these) and smooth, pristine surfaces.
