Ryder-7, W-2025 variety, VERMONTENSIUM type.  Late Die State, as evidenced by the die bulge forming at the lower obverse and affecting the top of the plow.  Considered to be Rarity-3.

Always a popular issue, but one which is most often found poorly made, off-center, badly flawed, environmentally damaged or some combination of the above.

But this a is lovely, wholesome, original, light chocolate brown example well centered on a much nicer than average planchet. 

In all, about as nice a piece as can be found in this price range.
