Ryder-11, W-2050 variety, Bust Left type.  Considered to be Rarity-4 as an issue, but more like Rarity-7 in the unflawed high grade seen here.

This is another popular Vermont type and another issue which invariably seems to come badly flawed, poorly struck, corroded or otherwise impaired.

And while this one is again not perfect, with a soft reverse, it exhibits very little actual wear and is about as unflawed and ‘intact’ as any we’ve encountered.  Notably, PCGS agrees, as it is the sole highest graded piece they’ve seen in 15+ years of colonial coin grading.
