The second nice example of this variety we’ve had recently, this a pleasing Fine with nice medium brown color and better surfaces than typically encountered on this challenging variety.

In all, an attractive and relatively affordable example of an issue that takes a giant leap in price in higher grade, as evidenced by the very attractive Newman coin graded NGC VF25 which realized $7,637.50 last year.  Who knew?
