Noe-21, W-400, Salmon 2a-B variety, considered to be Rarity-5. 34.0 grains.
One of about a dozen known of the so-called “Six over Twelve” issues struck over an Oak Tree shilling, with the evidence of the host coin most visible near 10 o’clock on the reverse.
And this is a nice, original, coin gray example with a bold tree and strong legends on the obverse and reverse.
Just a few unobtrusive old marks bear mention, but overall this is quite a choice example of this denomination.
