Maris 75-bb, W-5520 variety, considered to be Rarity-4. 

This specimen can be traced to Bowers and Merena’s April 1986 sale of the Dr. Stuart Levine Collection, lot #889 where it was described as "Very Fine.  Exceptionally smooth and pleasing surfaces . . .". 

To which we would add that this is a wholesome, all original piece with nice medium brown color.
