Maris 16-L, W-4840 variety, Narrow Shield, Straight Plow Beam Redbook type. Though this issue is much better known as the Protruding Tongue variety based on the well-placed die break making it appear that the horse is sticking his tongue out as if to say “Na na, na na nah” (possibly because this is a very high grade for this issue).
With lovely golden brown color, sharp detail and this much (hands held really far apart) originality.
Note that this coin has been verified by CAC.
