And this is always a popular issue for type as it is one of the best made and most aesthetic of the relatively affordable NJs.  Plus this issue has been referred to as the ‘Stegosaurus Head’ in recent years based on its spiky mane which surely adds to the allure.  But is it accurate?  Judge for yourself based on this action photo:

Hmmm. With no offense intended to what was no doubt a really great dinosaur, we’re just not sure about that.

What we are sure about is that this is a cool, well made AU example with neat shades of tan and golden brown on the obverse and reverse.
