With the All-Seeing Eye obverse motif above a flaming altar with CONFEDERATION below, and a reverse tribute to the Veteran Corps of Artillery acting as Guard of honor for French and British officials.

The piece itself is a frosty Choice Unc. which would be extremely difficult to improve upon.
