Concept:
Certainly the most important attribute of this lovely, original piece of Massachusetts Silver (other than the cool tree on the front) is that it represents a tangible and extremely charming connection to early America.

A link which we felt could be best expressed by a not-all-that-sophisticated ‘tree root / rooted in history’ pun which was both accurate, and, at three (3) words, extremely concise.

We actually wrote this caption years ago and knew we’d use it eventually (as in right now), and so we did not seriously consider anything else for this week’s ad.
