E-1139b variety, struck in White Metal.
A dramatic and interesting piece which can be dated (approximately) based on the place names used, such as the Sandwich Islands for what is now Hawaii and New Holland for Australia. Also of note (and not surprising given the era) the United States is seen shoe-horned into the eastern seaboard of North America.
The piece itself is quite nice, with reflective fields, some frost on the devices and none of the distracting edge dings often found on this type.
