A candidate for the finest known example of this first year of issue, with lovely golden-yellow color, all-but-pristine surfaces and swirling luster. 

PCGS has graded just two examples at the 64 level with none finer, and we assume the other is the Garrett-Bass coin.  If so, the present specimen is objectively finer, as the Bass piece had a much weaker strike.

Certainly a highlight of this list, and an opportunity unlikely to come again anytime soon.
