A most interesting offering just acquired by us from an estate sale in CT. 

What we have here is a lovely GSA Morgan housed in the original General Services Administration sealed holder, with the box and the Certificate of Authenticity.  But what makes this piece unusual is that it also includes the original 1970’s era advertisement from whence this coin was ordered, as well as the computer-generated bid sheet and the announcement from the US Government saying that the then-purchaser’s $32 bid was successful. 

It has been years since I have seen such ephemera included with one of these dollars.  The coin is pretty darn nice as well; we would grade it at least MS64.
